Shipping policy

We ship using standard Ground service. By default, we will ship small packages via postal service and the rest UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery at our discretion and only if we need to.

If there may be any issues with the delivery, please notify us immediately preferably before you place your order. 

Unless it is necessary, we will not require signature for your package delivery. If you would like the delivery to be signed, let us know at the time of your order or ASAP. In any case, try your best to be present at the time of delivery in order to avoid problems. A required signature may require an additional fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order if that is what you want.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders on a timely basis after a cleared payment. We will contact you ASAP, if we have any questions related to your order.

Order processing time may vary per product. Please refer to the respective Product Page if we indicated any specific processing time.

For most of our products, our normal processing time is 2 to 4 business days. Some items, including special orders and back orders can take up to 15 business days. We process orders promptly and we will ship your order ASAP. We work fast, and we try to beat our estimated shipping date, but we prefer to surprise you in a good way.

In the event that an unexpected delay in processing your order occurs, we will notify you promptly.

REQUIRED STREET ADDRESS, P. O. Box is OPTIONAL

Depending on the size of your order, we may need to ship it using UPS or FedEx Ground Service. Therefore, we require a street address for ALL orders since UPS and FedEx will deliver only to street addresses.

If you have a PO Box address, you may provide it to us with your order. We will mail your order to the address that we find to be more suitable.

If you do not receive post office deliveries in your address and have no PO Box, or if you need to make any special delivery arrangements, you must contact us prior to placing an order.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

We know that requiring a Delivery Signature can be very inconvenient for most, and so, at our discretion, we would require it only if we deem it to be necessary. To request a Signature-Required delivery if you may not be home around your order arrival, or if it would be unsafe to leave any package at your door, contact us before placing your order.

Remember that UPS and FedEx may return the package to the sender after two or three attempts. If we shipped your order to the address that was provided in your order, and if it gets returned for any reason, we reserve the right to reimburse any shipping costs.

We will not be responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

SPECIAL DELIVERIES 

If you need your package shipped out at a later or more specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
