Heating Instructions

  • Safe Heating for 100% Natural Relief

    For the best results and to ensure safety, follow these guidelines for your microwavable cherry pit heating pad:

    1. Check Settings: Verify your microwave power setting before use.
    2. First-Time Use: If heating for the first time, start with half the recommended time to test your microwave's intensity.
    3. Inspect & Touch: Visually inspect the pad and cautiously check the temperature by touch before continuing.
    4. Turntable Safety: If your microwave has a carousel, ensure the pad is folded or positioned so it rotates freely. Even rotation is essential for even heat distribution.
    5. Heat with Caution: If additional warmth is needed, continue heating in short increments, checking frequently to avoid overheating.

  • Recommended Heating Times

    Our recommendations are based on a standard 1,000-watt household microwave (1.7 cubic ft) on the "High" setting. Because microwave power and individual temperature preferences vary, your product may require slightly more or less time. Always heat with caution.

    Please determine the ideal heating time for your specific product size:

    • SMALL - 2 minutes
    • PETITE - 2.5 minutes
    • MEDIUM - 4 minutes
    • LARGE - 5.5 minutes
    • EYE COMPRESS - 40 seconds

⚠️ WARNING: Fire & Overheating Risk

Do not burn your product. While Cherroly® heating pads are made from heat-resistant natural materials, they are not treated with flame retardants. To prevent burning or fire:

  • Ensure Even Heating: Always follow the instructions above to avoid "hot spots."
  • Keep it Clean: Ensure the pad is completely dry and free of oils, grease, food, or foreign debris before microwaving.
  • Clean Microwave: Always ensure your microwave is clean of food residue before and after each use.

Cooling Instructions

  • Refreshing Chill for 100% Natural Recovery

    Steps for Cooling:

    1. Protect the Pad: Place your Cherroly® pad inside a resealable plastic bag to keep it clean and dry while in the freezer.
    2. Chill Time: Depending on the size, allow 1 to 3 hours for the pad to chill thoroughly. For convenience, you can store your pad in the freezer indefinitely so it is always ready for use.
    3. Optional Moist Cold: For a deeper cooling sensation, you may lightly mist the fabric with water before chilling. Avoid saturating the fabric to prevent ice from forming.

  • ⚠️ Important Safety Rule:

    Always ensure the heating pad is completely dry before microwaving it again. Never heat a frozen or damp pad.

Care Instructions

  • Simple Care for 100% Natural Longevity

    Maintaining your Cherroly® pad is simple. To ensure the longevity of the natural cherry pits and organic cotton fabric, follow these care instructions:

    1. Use a Protective Cover (Recommended)
    The easiest way to keep your pad clean is to use a removable and washable cotton cover. This protects the inner pad from oils and dirt, making regular maintenance effortless.


    2. Spot Cleaning & Hand Washing
    For minor spills, the pad can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, you may hand wash the entire pad using mild soap and water. Always allow the pad to air dry completely before use.

    3. Machine Washing & Drying
    Unlike many other heating pads, Cherroly® is machine washable. To wash the entire pad:

    • Use a Laundry Bag: Place the pad inside a sealed laundry bag to protect the fabric.
    • Wash with Like Colors: Wash with your regular laundry using mild detergent. Avoid bleach.
    • Dry Thoroughly: You may use a clothes dryer on a standard setting. Because the cherry pits are dense, ensure the pad is 100% dry before microwaving or storing.
    • Note: Be mindful of your washer's balance, as the pad becomes heavy when wet.

  • ⚠️ Important Safety Rule:

    Never microwave a damp or wet heating pad. The product must be completely dry to ensure even heating and prevent damage.
